The service
Outfai is a digital wardrobe app: you photograph your clothes, and the app organizes them, generates studio-style and avatar/try-on images with AI, suggests outfits from your own wardrobe, and keeps a wear diary. Some features are free with usage limits; others require the Outfai Premium subscription.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your content
Your photos and data remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your content, processing it with our AI providers to produce the results you request, and displaying it back to you. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models. You can export or delete everything at any time in Settings > Data & Account.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, that infringes others' rights, or that depicts people who have not consented — selfies you upload for the avatar feature must be of yourself.
AI-generated content
Studio photos, avatars and try-on previews are AI-generated approximations and may contain inaccuracies. Attribute suggestions (category, color, fabric) and care/washing hints are estimates — always check your garment's actual care label. AI outputs are provided "as is" for personal use.
Subscriptions
Outfai Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple: monthly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's policies; refund requests are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, abusing rate limits, reselling the service, or attempting to access other users' data.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service, with notice where practicable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Hizmet
Outfai bir dijital gardırop uygulamasıdır: kıyafetlerini fotoğraflarsın; uygulama onları düzenler, AI ile stüdyo görünümlü ve avatar/deneme görselleri üretir, kendi gardırobundan kombin önerir ve giyim günlüğü tutar. Bazı özellikler kullanım limitleriyle ücretsizdir; bazıları Outfai Premium aboneliği gerektirir.
Hesabın
Doğru bilgi vermek ve giriş bilgilerini korumakla yükümlüsün. Hesabın altındaki etkinlikten sen sorumlusun. En az 13 yaşında olmalısın.
İçeriğin
Fotoğrafların ve verilerin sana aittir. Bize yalnızca hizmeti işletmek için gereken sınırlı lisansı verirsin: içeriğini saklamak, istediğin sonuçları üretmek için AI sağlayıcılarımızla işlemek ve sana geri göstermek. İçeriğini satmayız, AI modeli eğitiminde kullanmayız. Ayarlar > Veri & Hesap'tan her şeyi dilediğin an indirebilir veya silebilirsin.
Hukuka aykırı, başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya rızası olmayan kişileri içeren içerik yüklememeyi kabul edersin — avatar özelliği için yüklediğin selfie'ler kendine ait olmalıdır.
AI üretimi içerik
Stüdyo fotoğrafları, avatarlar ve deneme önizlemeleri AI üretimi yaklaşık sonuçlardır; hata içerebilir. Nitelik tahminleri (kategori, renk, kumaş) ile bakım/yıkama ipuçları tahmindir — her zaman giysinin gerçek etiketini kontrol et. AI çıktıları kişisel kullanım için "olduğu gibi" sunulur.
Abonelikler
Outfai Premium, Apple üzerinden satın alınan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir: aylık veya 7 gün ücretsiz denemeli yıllık. Ücret Apple kimliğinden tahsil edilir; mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik otomatik yenilenir. Cihazının abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Fiyatlar uygulamada gösterilir ve bölgeye göre değişebilir. Ödenmiş ücretler, yasaların veya Apple politikalarının gerektirdiği durumlar dışında iade edilmez; iade talepleri Apple tarafından değerlendirilir.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Tersine mühendislik, kazıma (scraping), limitleri kötüye kullanma, hizmeti yeniden satma veya başka kullanıcıların verisine erişmeye çalışma yasaktır.
Fesih
Hesabını uygulama içinden dilediğin an silebilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal eden veya hizmeti kötüye kullanan hesapları, mümkün olduğunda bildirimle, askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Sorumluluk reddi
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda hizmet için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır.
Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur ve kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; ikamet ettiğin ülkenin emredici tüketici korumaları saklıdır.
